DID THE RICH MAN REALLY ASKED FOR WATER?

Hello friends... 
Most of the people who reads the Holy Bible will know about The Parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus. You'd have learnt that in sunday school or atleast in the sunday service. I'll give a brief summary of that parable for the people who don't know that. 

The Parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus


Lazarus and the rich man is a well-known parable of Jesus found in the Gospel of Luke. Told in chapter 16 of Luke, Jesus shares the story of a notably wealthy man, also known as a dive, who lived a life of extravagant luxury. Laying outside the entrance of this rich man’s house, though, was an exceptionally unfortunate man called Lazarus who only hoped “to eat what fell from the rich man’s table." The rich man was very unsympathetic to the dilemma of Lazarus, offering him no love, help, or compassion. In time, they both met their mortal ends and passed on to the afterlife. Lazarus was welcomed into heaven, while the rich man was condemned to hell. Pleading to “Father Abraham” in heaven, the rich man asked that Lazarus come down from heaven to cool his tongue with a drop of water to reduce his “agony in this fire.” The rich man additionally requested Abraham to send Lazarus back to earth as a warning to his brothers to atone for their sins, however, both requests were refused. Abraham told the rich man that if his brothers did not believe in scripture, neither would they believe Lazarus, even if he came directly from heaven. This Bible story is a great and powerful reminder that we will pay for our sins on earth when we finally decease, therefore we should love and care for our fellow mankind.



The Rich Man had everything in this world like food, clothes, house, cattles, fame and so on but he did not have Jesus. As of my understanding from today's sermon, the Rich Man did not thirst for water but Jesus, that is salvation and redemption.  Lazarus being a poor fellow dis not have anything but he had Jesus.  If the Rich Man would have listened to the word of God while he was in earth, he would have not come to hell. These days God's words are everywhere but we fail to give our ears to that. Only the worldly things grasps and pleases our ears which leads us to destruction. As the above verse says, we are given prophets, who teaches us the Word of God, if we fail to listen to them and repent, there will be no use in weeping and pleading God on the Day of Judgement. 
Let's repent, Jesus is coming soon.

Hello people... How many of you like to observe the sky? There is a huge difference between watching and observing. There are some people who are really so obsessed with the sky.  I'm basically a Astrophile (a person who loves sky). The sky have some elements such as stars, clouds, rainbow, snow, sun, moon, thunder, lightning, etc. I usually prefer to observe the sky during late evenings or night.  In my childhood days I thought that the earth is revolving so fast while I look at the sky and then I understood that the clouds are moving. That was a "My childhood was a lie" Moment. Since from the age of 12, I have the habit of going to my terrace and observing the sky, preferably during night (between 7pm-10pm). Just observing the patterns of stars, shapes and movement of clouds, the colour of the sky, makes me so happy. Everyday at least for 1 hour I will go to my terrace and observe them. 🚘👨‍🦱...SURVIVOR...🚘👨‍🦱

Hello people...  I wanted to share a different thing in my blog for today but I changed my mind just now. I'm on my way to my home from Banglore. I booked a cab from railway station to my home. My dad usually converse with cab drivers, auto rickshaw person, etc. This person really inspired me a lot. While my dad was conversing with him, I came to know that his name is Bangi Sudheer, he is from Andhra Pradesh and he is a college student studying Computer coding. He did not know tamil so he was talking in English. You may think what's so special about this but till then I was just listening to them. Then when he said that he is an orpahan, I felt so bad but he was such a bold and courageous person. I can't even imagine myself in his place. He was that positive. He said, " I don't have parents uncle, they passed away. My mom died when she gave birth to me and my dad passed away when I was 7 years old".
